Richard Gemmell’s To Retire After 19 Years

Spring Ridge Community,

With bittersweet emotions, we announce Richard Gemmell’s decision to retire after 19 years of dedicated service to the Spring Ridge community.  Richard has been a valued member of PMP’s professional management team since the beginning of his career with PMP in 1998 as the Spring Ridge Conservancy onsite manager.  As the community grew, so did Richard’s relationships with the many homeowners, countless Board Members, hundreds of volunteers, his staff, vendors and many others.  Richard was equally committed to broadening his industry knowledge, achieving both the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) and the Large-Scale Manager (LSM™) designations and distinguishing  himself as a dedicated professional at the pinnacle of his industry.  We are very proud of  Richard’s commitment and his desire to make a difference every day.   Richard will truly be missed both here at PMP and in the Spring Ridge community.

And now…We are proud to announce the promotion of Spring Ridge Assistant Community Manager Victor Rocha to the position of Spring Ridge Manager!  Victor has been with PMP since 2005 and has done an excellent job of supporting Richard in handling all aspects of managing the Spring Ridge associations. Victor has demonstrated a commitment to the industry and his professional development by completing association management coursework and earning the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations from                 Community Associations Institute.

Please join us in wishing both Richard and Victor the very best in their respective next chapters!
